We sincerely hope you enjoy your shopping at Shannoh.com, but we understand that sometimes customers change their minds. Please read our newly updated policies below before placing your order to ensure there are no surprises with processing any changes, cancellations, or returns.


Return Policy

Lets see how we can serve your request for return/exchange.

When you have received your product, you can request for either a return or an exchange within 5 days of the delivery of the product(The option for return/exchange request will automatically close after 5 days). The product to be returned/exchanged must be shipped within 5 days of the delivery. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the shipped date at our office. The product to be returned must meet the following criteria :

  • Product should not be worn
  • Product should be in its original new condition
  • Product should not be washed
  • Product should be in original packaging with all original tags attached
  • Product should be mailed/shipped back to Shannoh within 5 days from the date of delivery.

If your return does not meet the above criteria and for other queries please email us at returns@shannoh.com. Tell us which conditions have not been met and we will suggest a suitable alternative if possible. If we receive the product in a condition that does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the option to not refund the item or return it to customer at their own expense.

  • The item to be returned/exchanged is to be sent to the address provided by the Returns team as per your location:

Shipping fee is Covered by the customer. In case of an Exchange for wrong size, we take full responsibility and will refund your shipping fee after inspection. However if the right size has been delivered and the customer requests for a different size, it will be considered as a return and the shipping fee will be paid by the customer.

Any Custom and duty fees are non-refundable.


Should you prefer to receive a refund, we will happily comply with your request provided you meet the return criteria listed above. Once package is received by us, it takes 1-5 days to make the refund/place an exchange order. Your actual bank may take 2-7 business days to show the credit. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs and duty taxes.

Other not-refundable items are: Length Customization fees and Size Customization fees.

Hijabs, prayer items are non-refundable

Shipping fees is non-refundable

Final Sale items are FINAL SALE! And cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you received FREE shipping on your order, and if you return items causing the value of the original order to fall below $150.00, you will be charged for the original shipping costs.

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

Incorrect or outdated delivery address. Incorrect address format including the P.O.Boxes Address

Intentionally damaged items.

Package refused by the customer

After 3 failed delivery attempts due to the customer unavailability and other reasons.

All the refund will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.

(Returns at a value of over $150 will not include a shipping credit since the exchange order is eligible for the FREE shipping offer). Other benefits include:

In the event your purchase was made during a sale, or the price increases after a restock, you are still eligible to purchase your exchange item (for even exchanges only) for the price you paid at the time of the original purchase.

Return and Exchange Process

You can request for a return or an exchange after the delivery of the product within 3 days. To return or exchange an item you purchased, simply complete the returns or exchanges process from your account on www.shannoh.com from the RMA Section on the left menu. After filling out the returns and/or exchanges fields please wait to be contacted by our return department. A representative will contact you via email within 24 - 48 business hours with further instructions for making your return. The shipping feesis covered by the customer.

Return/Exchange For Guest Customers
    • Guest customers can request for a return/ exchange by using the Order and Return (request rma) from the footer links. They can also contact us on mail at returns@shannoh.com within 72hrs of receiving an order. this is applicable for orders under standard delivery only.
    • We CANNOT guarantee changes after 24 hours, our items are made-to-order and once processed cannot be cancelled.
    • If we are able to stop your order in the middle of processing time, it will be assessed with a 25% restocking fee.
Cancellation Policy?
    • Orders can be cancelled or changed completely only within the first 24 hours of placing the order by mailing us at returns@shannoh.com
    • We CANNOT guarantee cancellations or changes after 24 hours, our items are made-to-order and once processed cannot be cancelled.
    • If we are able to stop your order in the middle of processing time, it will be assessed with a 25% restocking fee.
Non-Refundable Items
  • Final sales: All items marked as "Sale" are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. All items under Sale Category are considered as Final sale and will not be entertained for returns/exchanges
  • Full Custom altered orders: complete custom orders cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund. These items are specifically made to fit you and have no resale value. The charges of 9.99$ is also non-refundable.
  • All prayer items and hijabs are non-refundable.
  • Length Customization Fee is non-refundable.
  • Sizes from XL to 7XL are considered custom, hence customization fee will be non-refundable.
Shipping Fees?
  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping as you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in return shipping so please ensure you ship through a courier that offers tracking service.
  • Shipping and handling charges are also nonrefundable
  • Orders with free shipping exchanged or returned will be assessed a shipping charge of $12 to cover the cost of original shipping. We pay this to the courier company irrespective of customers decision to return/exchange, hence it is recovered.
  • Do not refuse delivery. Call us if you would like to cancel/return an order. Courier companies are third parties. Refused packages are abandoned by courier companies and redirection to our office is not guaranteed. If redirected, your package will be treated as return and return shipping fees will be assessed. If the package is lost or abandoned during return complete cost of the package will have to be borne by the customer. Hence please contact us if you chose to return/cancel an order and we will be happy to assist.
Restocking Fees?
  • If after inspection, the item is concluded as not in immediate re-saleable condition, there could be a 10-30% restocking fee. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any item not qualified for immediate re-sale.
  • A 30% restocking fee will be charged on items with missing tags that appear to have been used or abused.
  • No refunds will be given on intentionally damaged or altered items.
Need to return a defective or wrong-shipped item?
We take full responsibility of our products.
  • If you received a defective or wrong item you will have to contact Shannoh within 24 hours of receiving the order at returns@shannoh.com.
  • Please note there could be a variance in color of 5-6% due to screen resolutions which cannot be perceived as a defect. Also due to the manual nature of the embroideries there can be notable variations in embroidery designs which are common industry accepted standards for hand-made items.
  • All returned merchandise is subject to inspection.
  • Exchanges for defective items will be made with identical size and item ONLY, free of charge. Shannoh.com will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Your replacement item will be shipped standard shipping.
  • If you request express shipping applicable fees will be included in your final cost.
  • If no replacement item is available a full refund for item cost and shipping charges will be given.
  • If you received the wrong item, to receive credit for your return shipping cost you must attach the Return Shipping Receipt along with the RMA Form.
If i return my order, will i be charged for shipping?
  • You can send your returned merchandise using DHL, UPS, Fedex. The shipping fee is covered by the customer.
I Cancelled my order. Will i get a refund for my shipping fees?
  • You get the refund only for the purchased product.
